The program — run by Coach Seth Vigil — is designed for 12 weeks because after working with hundreds of clients, he’s found that it’s the optimum about of time necessary for people to adapt to the changes in diet and exercise that are required to lay the foundation for maintenance and continued progress.
And because every client has different goals in mind, this body transformation program is tailored just for you. Examples of recent client success are:

Accountability and Comprehensive pre- and post-assessments
Seth evaluates all clients with a Functional Movement Screening plus a 90-minute nutrition and lifestyle consultation. Using a customized log book to track and monitor sleep, workouts, food, and stress, he will counsel you on your progress each week.
At the conclusion of 12 weeks, Seth will evaluate your progress against your goals and will help you come up with a game plan. Some clients might be ready to tackle things on their own while others may need additional coaching.

My food recommendations are supported by a robust body of medical and anthropological research. Years of professional experience have proven to me that a primal approach to diet is the safest, efficient, and most sustainable way to eat for long-term health. By adopting my recommendations, you’ll lose body fat and regulate your metabolism, manage your body’s inflammation and immune function, and hopefully see improvement in your blood work and other biomarkers for disease — all by changing how and what you eat.
I’ve never been to a gym and find it all so intimidating. What can I expect?
My strength and conditioning program is designed to mimic movement patterns you would do in everyday life. You’ll build strength, endurance, and coordination for a wide variety of functional activity. We also emphasize corrective exercises to address your body’s specific limitations which reduces your risk of injury and optimizes your overall athletic capacity.
Bottom line: I’ll never make you do anything your body won’t allow you to do – but I will also be there to push you to do things you never thought were possible!
What is the number one key to succeeding in this program?
Self-monitoring is the single most important tool for behavior change. By tracking what you do, together we will see patterns in your habits which will help you adjust what you’re doing to ensure you are making progress towards your specific goals.
